I hope this message finds you well and ready to begin a new school year.
Our custodial staff have been working tirelessly to make Brookwood beautiful and ready for the 1st day of school. A special "THANKS" to them!
We are excited to begin teaching a new curriculum for both reading and math. For reading, we will be utlizing the Wit and Wisdom curriculum, grades K - 5, along with 95% in grades K - 3 for foundational skills. For math, we will be utilizing HMHinto Math. Be sure to check them out by clicking on the blue.
We will continue to utillize Responsive Classroom Strategies and the Zones of Regulation to build strong relationships and for developing strategies for the social and emotional well being of students and staff.
SWPBIS and our Code of Conduct are other intergral pieces that helps ensure the success of students and staff and assists with the continual growth and improvement of school and classroom culture.
Your involvement and committment is essential for your child's positive outlook on school. Please continue to encourage the importance of education and working with teachers and all staff to help your child to work hard, learn and dream big.
Be safe and well.
