Spring is supposed to be here. However, the recent temperatures suggests otherwise. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoyed your weekend.
As we progress through the remainder of this year, let us continue to make sure that we are out in the hallways doing supervision.

- Congratulations to all of our students who attended of the 4.0 luncheon. FHN had the most of all three high schools.
- Congratulations to Robin Yuede who is a Howell of Fame Award Winner. She is very deserving. We are so proud of her.
- Students for FHN held a Lunch and Learn for 60 FHN teachers. I am so excited about the great work they are doing.
- Andrew Tollefson, a junior at FHN, has been awarded the 2017 Youth Leadership Award, which recognizes young adults… twitter.com/i/web/status/9…

NEE Student Data Monitoring forms will need to be submitted to your Supervising Administrator by April 20.
Please note the following upcoming and mandatory training dates for EOC and ACT testing.
All EOC teachers will be trained on 4/11 during PLC time (1:30-2:30) in Room 113.
ACT Training will be on 4/12 at 2:30pm in Room 229 or 4/13 at 6:45am in Room 229. Individual emails will be sent this week to those who need training and participants will only need to choose one training session.

PLC Leader Meeting: April 11, 2018
In an effort to improve overall behavior throughout our building, we will be developing an expectation matrix for various locations. This will clarify expectations in a more consistent manner using more consistent language and will be visually posted around campus. In the coming weeks, we will be seeking feedback and input from staff, examining what values/qualities we want to see as well as determining what locations should be prioritized based on data and other information. Our goal is to have something in place for the beginning of next school year. See the included picture of what one area high school has used in the past.
If you would like to help with this process, please attend the upcoming Behavior Team meeting, which will be on 4/10 at 2:30 in Room 5. We will be analyzing the initial feedback from last week’s faculty meeting and begin drafting a matrix.
Did you know that there are student climate groups at FHN who are hard at work on many projects? Student Summit attendees are excited to plan the Lunch and Learn for you on April 5th. This picture is of 2 of our Students for FHN leaders on a conference call with students and admin from all three high schools working together to create a PSA to address student climate. We have great kids at FHN!

Please remember that this password will carry across to your FHSD email and Google account, as well as WiFi connections on your mobile devices. You will be prompted to enter your new password into the relevant application for the services to continue working. Don't forget to update the password on your Mobile Devices as well!
The guest network will be shut down this week for the remainder of the year due to district wide testing.
