This year has been challenging, unexpected, new and different. You have navigated new school protocols, new technology, new ways of learning and helped your children through these big changes. At times, we as parents may feel scared, worried, angry, happy, relieved, calm, hopeful, confused, exhausted, surprised or a combination of these feelings. Our kids may feel those, too. Remember, this is an unusual time for all of us and you are all doing a great job of handling it. Call or email your school counselors if you are looking for extra support, resources or ideas to help your child during these challenging times. Here are some important updates and ideas for your families below.
