Emotional climate of the home

How they learn
Babies are sensitive to the feelings of people around them. They are influenced by the tone and the mood of a setting. You may not notice it but infants and young children learn from example. If in the home there is constant fighting, the child notices and can develop anger, bitterness and mistrust. If in the home there is constant peace and "tranquility", the child is more likely to be calm and happy.
It is very important for all parents to find a way to release negative feelings away from their home and children. Dealing with challenging feelings can help parents find the pa4ience to create a caring environment. Every parent needs someone who can give them emotional support.
