MBS Memo
March 13, 2022
Don't forget to Set Alarm Clocks Ahead, and Other Things to Know...
Starting tomorrow, masks are optional for both adults and students. Please remind your children that there may be students or adults who are more comfortable wearing masks, and to respect each person's choice.
We are still providing layers of disease spread mitigation such as increased ventilation and frequent hand washing. As well, we thank you for keeping your child or children home if they have signs of illness. We will be updating our COVID-19 addendum as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact me directly.
We have had a number of students coming to school with the extra long fingernails currently in style. These nails prohibit students from being able to complete school work and pose a risk to themselves and others during recess and P.E. You may be notified by your child's teacher to please not have your child wear these to school. Thank you for your partnership in assuring your child is safe and productive in school.
Please do not have your child bring expensive electronic toys or tablets for entertainment on the bus. These items could be broken or stolen. Inexpensive toys or cards, or books are recommended options.
Keep an eye out for some PTA notifications--we are gearing up for having some fun activities back on campus!
Thank you for your continued support of your children and our small but mighty school!
Sincerely,
Nancy Sirski
