Our annual Gala is just around the corner. I know it will be a fantastic event, but we need to firm up attendees, food numbers, and all the rest pretty soon. Things come up so quickly after Christmas!! I have heard from many of you that you are interested but have not yet purchased tickets. While this fabulous event used to be $150 per person, we are discounting tickets for our parents to $60 per person. This includes a dinner, entertainment, and dancing, as well as a select auction. Sarah McKinney has been working so hard to put this event together, but we need you in order to make this a success. This event is our largest of the year and we have a goal to raise $175,000 in one night. WOW!! This allows us to fully support our scholarship program, as well as other vital aspects of our budget. Can you attend?? We are even offering free babysitting for all who purchase tickets by February 14th. What better Valentine's present than a date night out...while supporting your school/community. So, please consider not only attending yourself, but also sharing the event via FB, Instagram, email, and word of mouth. Please join us at this year's Gala on February 22nd. We are offering discounted tickets to Holy Rosary School families. Dress in your fancy cocktail attire for a great evening out. This year's theme is Carnival. Cost for one is $60 or $120 for a couple, and we are offering free childcare onsite to those that purchase Gala tickets. It will be an exciting evening, students will be singing and dancing to entertain the crowd and showcase their bilingual skills. This is a very important fundraising event for our school with a financial goal of $175,000. The primary funds raised during the evening go to fund tuition assistance programs. We cannot provide scholarships without a successful evening!

Last Call: $100 Auction Family Commitments are due Friday, February 7, 2020!

As noted on the Financial Agreement, each Holy Rosary family is required to contribute to the annual Auction (formerly Crab Feed). We will accept donations equal to or greater than $100 in value in the form of cash or check, gift cards to local restaurants, businesses, sporting events, or places of interest. Families may also provide vouchers for goods and services such as catering, lawn maintenance, baked goods, etc. At the auction, there will be a wine toss game. If you would like, you can donate wine towards your $100 commitment. We can provide donation forms, if you prefer to solicit your items from a local business, stop by the office to grab a form.

When turning in your auction items to the office, we will ask you to fill out a form with an item description and value. This allows us to track these as in kind donations.

If the item or payment is not received by February 7, families will be invoiced $150.

Help needed!
Do you have videographer experience or know someone that does? Can you play the piano? Mr. Wolfert is looking to create some music videos of the kids and we are looking for any families that might be able to assist. TUITION AND FEES FOR 2020-21

REGISTRATION FEE

● $150 (1 student), $300 (2+ Students) on/before March 22nd

● $200 (1 student), $400 (2+ Students) after March 22nd

TUITION *DIVIDED IN 10 MONTHS (AUGUST – MAY)

Pre­K 3 & 4 Tuition = $7,500 KG through Grade 8

o 1 Student = $6,500

o 2 Students = $11,550

o 3+ Students = $14,800

The tuition fees have been increased 5% from this year’s tuition. This will allow HRBA to institute modest teacher raises, as well as account for an increase in utility costs.

Reminder: You will be able to apply online through RenWeb or stop by the office for a paper registration packet. Also, spots will be held for current families ONLY until Feb 23rd. All spaces not fully reserved with a registration packet and full payment of registration fees will be opened up for new families on Monday, Feb 24th.

Volunteer opportunity:

We need 1-2 parents from each homeroom class to assist Andie Bryan and Gloria Gomez in coordinating teacher gifts on behalf of the entire class.This is for the May Staff Appreciation event. Interested parent Liaisons shall email Andie Bryan: andiebryan81@gmail.com
