- When you have high blood pressure your blood flows through you arteries at a higher pressure than normal. High blood pressure is also known as hypertension.

- High blood pressure often has no symptoms. Although when it does people usually have more headaches than normal and have loss of breath.

Long Term Effects (if untreated)
- Vision loss
- Kidney damage
- Stroke
- Heart disease
- Artery damage

- High blood pressure does not go away but can be treated to prevent long term complications.
