- Gary Wilson, Part Time Custodian, will join John's crew on May 2nd. We are thrilled to have found a veteran custodian who is eager to work at Mt. Bethel!
BUCCANEER BRAVOS
- CONGRATULATIONS, MISSY BAIN, TEACHER OF THE YEAR! We are proud to have Missy represent Mt. Bethel in the coming year!
- CONGRATULATIONS, MARY ANN LAYMAN!: We are proud to have Mary Ann represent Mt. Bethel in the coming year!
- CONGRATULATIONS, CAROLYN GRIFFIN! Carolyn was named the District 9 PTA Birney Butler Outstanding Educator! This is a HUGE deal! District 9 includes 179 schools in Cobb, Paulding, Douglas, and Marietta City. She was honored at an awards ceremony on Thursday morning!
- A HUGE THANK YOU to ALL WHO MADE THE ART SHOW A SUCCESS! Rachael Astorga, Catherine Trosclair, and Melissa Pumpian prepped the show and created a true gallery of amazing art! Staff volunteers made the sales run smoothly. Thanks, Cherie Vodopia, Linda Zeiher, Annie Howland, Mary Ann Layman, Mercy Paulose, Jen Sigmund, and Julia Varnedoe!
- HATS OFF to all who supported our PTA and attended the Spring Thing! It was a great night with weather that cooperated. Our unicyclers rode in style and put on quite the show thanks to Chuck's continued awesome coaching! A bonus, one of the bunnies at the petting zoo provided a "being there" experience on life cycles and gave birth to multiple baby bunnies right in front of our kids! A fun night all around!
RTI-2 & RTI-3 Year End Procedures
All RTI-2 and RTI-3 data must be entered into CSIS. If you have been collecting data toward goals and have not yet entered the data, do so before 11:59pm on May 4th. This is CRITICAL for our end of RTI Wrap-Up.
ON THURSDAY, MAY 10TH:
Mandatory meeting for all homeroom teachers during planning to complete End of Year RTI wrap-up. We need to complete EOY summaries, close/continue goals, distribute continuation letters to parents, and more. We will take care of this at planning on 5/10. Bring your charged laptops to the conference room on 5/10.
