A Note From The Principal
Greetings!
Our #StLukeStrong pillar that we are focusing on this month is Service. From seeing our 5th graders and their families collect household items for our Sisters at the convent to watching our Middle Schoolers help package the Thanksgiving care packages for families in need, I am continually inspired by service-learning opportunities that our students have. Not only do our teachers do a beautiful job of planning and implementing service opportunities across different grade levels, but we are also blessed with students who come to us with caring, giving hearts. Sometimes it's the larger service projects that amaze me.... other times it is the small everyday moments where I see students going out of their way to do something kind for one another that leaves me in awe. In any case, our St. Luke community's shared commitment to using our gifts to help serve others is most assuredly one of the things that makes us #StLukeStrong!!
As I tell the children each day... Be Prayerful, Be Careful, Be Kind!
Blessings,
~Mrs. Kissel
