sex ed!
Should sexual education be taught in public schools?
Why i say yes
Everyday a countless number of teens all around the world experience one or both if these things...but what are they? teenage pregnancy/ STD. Most of this i believe is because lots of teens do not know what can happen if they have sex at the wrong time and especially what happens if they have unprotected sex.
About half of the new diseases extracted from teens occur between the ages of 15-24...lots of this is because teens and young adults are not aware of what type of bad things that could happen if they have unprotected sex. Mostly because they never learned the consequences of having unprotected sex.
In 2010 teen pregnancy and child birth was responsible for at least $9.4 billion in cost to taxpayers for increased
Each year an estimated 1 million teen females get pregnant...of that estimated 1 million 35% percent choose to have an abortion than to keep the child.
