#sparkinfo. Weekly Update
Week 21, January 21st-24th
New opportunities lie ahead.
It was good to get to speak to everyone Friday about opportunities for programs and potential schedules. Over the next several weeks, please be sure to have some one on one conversations with myself and the rest of the leadership team. The slideshow from Friday was sent out to everyone as well. The link for the slideshow can also be used below:

SPARK SPOTLIGHT!!!!
A shout out from your colleague!
Thank you! Have you ever taken the time to recognize those around you? It feels good to recognize others!
LeAnn Masters- She patiently answers my questions and listens to my thoughts. She is so smart and patient with me. I appreciate her calm demeanor and analytical math mind!
Marion Lawson- He helps those around him be successful. It doesn’t matter who you are he makes time for you and listens patiently!
Bonnie Moody- She tutored kids so I could go to Belk and help my husband find a coat, dress shirt, and dress slacks! Thank you Bonnie for your kindness and thoughtfulness!
Tina, Melanie, Amanda, Jan, Karen, Sherry, Melissa, and Shelia- These ladies gave me the sweetest the most generous, and encouraging card. I have it hung up on my wall by my mirror. They cook food that is delicious for our students and faculty and they have hearts of gold. They are sweet southern and strong!
Olivia McCoy- She is sensible and practical and she helps me think clearly when I get hasty.
Libby Tye- I’m always a few copies short. I needed ten more copies in the middle of class and Libby made them for me. It’s the little things done by people with BIG hearts that make our school special!
James King and Coach Morris- These two men came and showed their love and support to Janet, Kevin, Lily, and me at Mamaw’s funeral. It showed people in our community what fine leaders we have! Janet bragged about the beautiful Easter Lily given to us in Honor of Mamaw by the wonderful Pickens Middle School family. These are things that won’t be forgotten.
Tracy Lawson- She shared a message from Tony Evans at Just the right time. I shared it with many family and friends and it gave many of us encouragement and perspective. Thank you Tracy for taking time from grading a huge stack of English papers to invest your time and energy in me! Love you!
Shelly and Stephanie- You two are precious friends! Your presence at Mamaw’s funeral made Janet smile and when you finally got done the line to me I just wanted to squeeze you both. Thank y’all for supporting Janet during this time and me. Working the front desk is no easy task but y’all held down the fort! Thank y’all!
