A huge thank you to Mrs. Franklin for coordinating our annual fruit sale this past year! Our program sold over
$25,000 worth of product! We could not do this without the time donated by many.
If you see Mrs. Franklin, please tell her thank you for helping to coordinate this sale!
Pit Orchestra Sign Ups - DUE DECEMBER 15
As we quickly approach winter break, it is time to start looking towards pit orchestra.
Pit Orchestra is the ensemble that plays all of the instrumental music during the musical. It is a wonderful group to be a part of that begins practicing in January and ends in March. In 2019, our pit orchestra received the Freddy for "outstanding performance by an orchestra." There is an expectation to practice your music outside of rehearsals. The more you put into the group, the more successful we will be.
If you are interested in the ensemble, please see the form found here. This form is due by Wednesday, December 15.

Winter Orchestra Concert Dress Rehearsal
This EAHS orchestras will have their winter dress rehearsal on Thursday, December 16. The rehearsal will take place from 6 - 8p in the HS auditorium.
Please arrive by 5:45pm so we can start promptly at 6pm.
To be early is to be on time...
County Band Interest Forms
Any students interested in applying to participate in the Northampton County Band, please take an interest form found on the instrumental library doors at the front of the room.
Forms are due by Friday, December 17. A rehearsal schedule can be found on each interest form.

Christmas...and all that Jazz Information
The jazz band will be hosting our 2nd annual "Christmas...and all that Jazz" concert on Saturday, December 18. The event will begin at 7p in the EAHS instrumental music room.
The concert is FREE to attend, but donations are greatly appreciated. All RSVPs have been booked for the performance - we are looking forward to a great crowd.

Easton Area High School Instrumental Music
The Easton Area High School (EAHS) Instrumental Music Program has a long history of success. The program consists of nearly 380 students in grades 9 – 12 and encompasses marching band, three concert bands, three orchestras, two jazz ensembles, pep band, and pit orchestra.
