How to Finish October Strong!
Mid-month check in
Instead of throwing in the towel, remind yourself of your WHY and your holiday "fun what" - spa day, anyone? You deserve it! So instead of adjusting your goal, adjust your ACTIONS to get there. There is plenty of time left to achieve your dreams with some enthusiasm, positivity, and a little hustle.
Here's what I'm focusing on - OCTOBER SALES
Hostess coach to maximize remaining shows: Mail a hostess pack. Pick up the phone and call to build her excitement, build her wishlist, and chat her through following up with her invited guests to increase attendance.
Outside sales: Sharing the bracelet promo with 5 people per day. 5 min action! Send the image via mimi with these words - "Hey girl! I thought you would love this promo! Would you like me to send you a custom combo?" - then ask if she likes gold, rose gold, or silver and share a cart with your top picks! Share with 5 per day and you'll reach 65 people- wow!
Here's what I'm focusing on - SIGN UP SPECIAL
What's in it for her? Not only will she get $1100 in jewels when you help her launch strong in November, but she'll also earn $250 cash - which can go on to be $500, $1000, or more as she continues to build her new business.
What's in it for you? You'll also get $200 product credit! Follow my next steps to plan ahead for your November and you'll be on track to promote to Associate Stylist - that's $100 cash for you!
So what action can you take today? My challenge to you is to join me in making a list of 20 people on your DREAM TEAM. Don't decide for her by imagining her objections...just think of who you'd love to do this with. Then, share an image via Mimi with these WTS:
"Hey Girl! Not sure if you're looking for some extra Holiday cash, but Stella & Dot has an incredible sign up opportunity happening and I totally thought it would be perfect for you this season! The collection is more beautiful than ever and we just released some amazing digital selling tools that would be super helpful since you're always on the go! Follow up in 48 hours, next week, and then 1 last time before the bonus ends. If she says no - no big deal. Offer a trunk show instead - it's the most efficient way to reach out!
Here's what I'm focusing on - Plan ahead for November
Book your double dip show! The easiest YES to get is your own! Book your own double dip show for the first week of November. Not only will you earn style rewards to beef up your display (and your personal wardrobe) but you'll also build interest and momentum for booking the rest of November and December.
Book 1 more in the first 2 weeks of November. This might be someone who says "no" to becoming a Stylist or hosting Witches Night Out. Front-loading the month (having shows within the first 2 weeks) will allow you to get in front of more people early, which helps grow your sales the entire holiday season! It's a great way to work smart and avoid end-of-month stress to qualify or achieve your goal!
