Retention Supplement Form sent through Talent Ed

Employees should have received the 2023-2024 Retention Acceptance Form from TalentEd. The email should say TalentEd Records - You have a new Checklist - Sheldon ISD.


Please log in with your Sheldon ISD credentials and complete this form in order to receive the supplement. If logging in for the first time, click the link below and then click "request your password". After requesting your password enter in your email address and an email with your username and instructions on how to set your password will be sent to you.

In order to receive the supplement in the March 3 paycheck, this form needs to be completed by February 16, 2023.

6 Sheldon educators named HAABSE Outstanding Teacher nominees

Sheldon ISD educators representing six campuses were recognized at the Houston Area Alliance of Black School Educators (HAABSE) annual Outstanding Teacher Awards and Recognition Ceremony on February 9. Nominees from across the Houston region were selected for teachers who go above and beyond to serve their school communities, students and families.


Congratulations to the following Sheldon ISD HAABSE Outstanding Teachers:


Yadira Rebollar - Sheldon Lake Elementary

Ida Gaines - Sheldon Early Childhood Academy

Kourtney Gatson - Royalwood Elementary

Tracie Miller - Null Middle School

Gloria Castillo - Garrett Elementary

Donald Sanders, III - King High School 9th Grade Campus


Additionally, proceeds from the event fund student scholarships. Congratulations to King High School senior Myana Libbett for receiving a $1,000 scholarship.
