Dear Families - Read on for the News

No School January 27 & 30

January 27th and 30th are teacher work days, so there will be no school! Enjoy the extra long weekend.

PowerSchool Parent Portal & Lunch Balances

We have sent out emails for students with a balance below $10. Please keep in mind this may not be reflective of recent lunch purchases and payments as we may not get them entered right away. We will have them updated within 7 days.

If you have not received the email with PowerSchool Parent Portal login instructions, or have issues setting up your account, please contact the office. Please use the portal to check your students' lunch balances and attendance.

Do you want to get together and meet other PPCS families?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions, please join us on Friday, February 24th for Parent Crew Family Game Night at PPCS.

The purpose of Game Night is primarily as a school community building event to bring people together.

If you want to sign up to bring food or non-food items (i.e. napkins), please let us know here:

We will also be accepting donations that will be specifically for Parent Crew activities, such as teacher appreciation events and gifts, supporting our PPCS families, etc. but no donations are required or expected.

We hope to see you there!

Enrollment Lottery & Intent to Return

The enrollment lottery application for next school year is on our website. If a family has other students, not currently enrolled, that they hope to enroll at PPCS, they will need to complete a lottery application for those students. Application deadline is March 30. The lottery will be held on March 31.

Returning students do not need a lottery application. In February, an Intent to Return survey will be emailed to all families of currently enrolled students. Please complete and submit the survey to confirm whether your family will be returning to PPCS next school year. This lets us know how many seats we have available in the enrollment lottery. To re-cap:

New students - Lottery Application (currently on website)

Returning students - Intent to Return (emailed in February)

Please email the office with any questions.

Free COVID Tests Available

PPCS has a surfeit of Flowflex COVID-19 Antigen Home Tests. We are making them available to our families. The expiration date has been extended. Please see the attached chart for extension lengths. If you would like to pick up some Covid tests for your family, email the office to make arrangements.
