Ready to start exploring colleges? Want to get more information on schools or applications?
College fairs can also help seniors working on applications. School presentations will offer insights on how they review applications, and many college fairs also offer specific presentations to help you create the strongest application possible.
This year, the fall college fairs are going online! Check out two upcoming opportunities below and consider registering for some sessions that fit your schedule.

Navigating the College Visit: Tuesday, Aug 18, 2020 12:00 PM
Our panelists will identify and demystify different on campus/virtual visit options to help students and their families better understand what offerings mean, and the best way to safely, effectively, and comprehensively navigate a college search in a changing world.

Reaching Out: Engaging and Communicating with a College Admission Office: Monday, Aug 17, 2020 10:00 AM
Unsure of how or when to communicate with admission offices? Jade Domingue and Ryan Cassell will offer advice based on their years of guiding students through the college admission application process. They’ll introduce the admission timeline by digging deeper than just the general application deadlines, share some different channels through which you can communicate with your admission representatives, and laugh with you as you examine some examples of communications which went wrong.

A great group of admission reps dedicated to recruiting international students, US students living abroad, and TCKs, are ready to share information, data, and their perspectives on the experience of students from outside the US. They will address the admission process, testing options, financial aid for international students, and of course, the challenges of getting visas and getting to campuses in the US in a post-COVID-19 world. They will take questions from the participants. Students and counselors welcome!
Digital Recruitment and the New Landscape of the College Search Process: Saturday, Aug 15, 2020 6:00 PM
Learn how the college search process has changed and how to approach the application under COVID-19. Now more than ever, students must rely on websites and digital communications to explore their college options and the college application. We will discuss how to express yourself through the application when activities and in class learning has changed drastically in under a year.

NACAC Virtual College Fairs are designed from the ground up as mobile experiences that are intuitive, informative, interactive, and fun.
- During each NACAC Virtual College Fair, more than 600 college and university representatives will be available to talk with you and other students!
- On the day of each fair, log in to virtualcollegefairs.org using your phone or computer. It's totally easy to get around.
- Create your itinerary by selecting which colleges you'd like to learn about! Sign up to attend their live and interactive Zoom sessions on how to apply, financial aid, student life, and more. Watch, learn, and get your questions answered about academics, athletics, diversity, study abroad, and other topics.
