Need to Know Info...
Christmas Program: Due to the amazing crowds we draw for our Christmas program each year, we will split the program over 2 nights in December. We do recognize that this is a busy time of year and there often other events going on the same nights as our program. We make an effort to avoid other school programs as much as possible. Please accept my apologize for situations where you must choose which event to attend. On the bright side, we are so fortunate to have so many wonderful opportunities for kids in this community!
Monday, December 6 - Grades K,2,4,6 at 7PM (Students report to classrooms at 6:45)
Thursday, December 9 - Grades PK,1,3,5 at 7PM (Students report to classrooms at 6:45)
In order to help promote social distancing, we do encourage you to limit the number of visitors for each household and allow space between households when seating for the program. Students will report to their classrooms at 6:45 and then parents may be seated in the gym. Expect the program to last about an hour with each grade performing 2 songs followed by a schoolwide sing-a-long. Please join us in the fun. After each grade level performs, they will be seated in the bleachers while the other groups sing. Students will not be released in the middle of the program. Following the program, please remain in the gym while we dismiss students back to their classrooms. Once students have exited, parents will be dismissed by grade level to sign their children out at the classroom. To help with crowd control and traffic flow, please only have one parent go to the room to sign students out. The family can meet back up in the lobby before heading out. Our students have worked so hard and our wonderful music teachers have prepared them well. We are looking forward to a great night together!

This year’s FREE family Christmas party will be held on Monday, December 6 from 6:00–8:00p.m. Jingle John from Silly Safaris will share humor and animals -including a reindeer - during the two programs. The first program will begin at 6:15 and the second at 7:15.
Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be available throughout the evening to hear Christmas wishes and sit for a free photo. Magician Marc Lehmann will astound visitors with magic as they wait to see Santa.
Children will be able to choose a craft and book to take home at the end of the night. Refreshments will be available. This annual evening of family fun is open to the public and registration is not required. We hope to see you at Thorntown Public Library on December 6!
