Family Resources
With the cold weather coming in we wanted to remind families about some resources. For information about any of these, contact the school social worker Jordyn Ginsberg by phone at 262-560-8108 or email at GinsbergJ@oasd.org.
· Thanksgiving: Crosspoint Church donates five Thanksgiving baskets to each elementary school.
· Holiday: Waukesha County gives gifts through the Christmas Clearing Council, Jefferson County gives gifts through Christmas Neighbors, and Dodge County gives gifts through the Toy Bank application. Other organizations and families also donate gifts!
· Shoes That Fit: Brand new shoes and boots.
· Oconomowoc Junior Woman’s Club: Winter coats, snow pants, or other winter items.
· Blessings in a Backpack/Weekend Warriors: Bags filled with kid friendly foods are provided to students on Fridays in their backpack.
We also have a collection of new hats, scarves, and gloves available to anyone that needs them. There are also other resources available. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
