Ready to Elevate Your School Success?
Is your campus experiencing success with student outcomes at the rate you desire? Maybe you have an exceptional staff who are doing all the right things, but your results are still not fully reflected in their efforts. You are not alone. This is a common challenge that school leaders face as they strive for excellence. The solution you seek may lie in tweaking the systems and processes that you and your staff engage in daily. Our Elevating Success Initiative focuses on systems that use common language and the highest-leverage school practices to support strategic improvement and growth.

This training will prepare administrators to guide the implementation of the SLO (Student Learning Objective) process in their districts. SLOs are long-term goals for student learning crafted by teachers and administrators. Often working in teams with a peer, school, and district support, teachers develop these goals to help define what success looks like for their students and plan backward in order to ensure that instruction is purposefully guiding schools, teachers, and students toward a common vision of success. The focus of this training will be reviewing SLO procedures and the newly released recommendations.

NEW! DMAC Academy 21-22 - June 28, 29, and 30, 2022
Join us for three days of learning!
Day 1: State Assessment, Appraisals, FormWorks, and PlanWorks; Utilize the pieces of DMAC designed for Administrators, Counselors, Testing Coordinators, Interventionists, Team Leaders, and other district or campus staff. We will share tips highlighting relevant reports to analyze, trend, and compare STAAR or TELPAS data along with how to generate reports related to accountability measures. Aggregate state and local data with lead4ward and Data Exports. We will also show how to create online forms in FormWorks, document appraisals (including the ability to calibrate the T-TESS process for TIA), and highlight our PlanWorks piece for your DIPs and CIPs! We will also discuss updates and best practices pertaining to DMAC and HB4545.
Day 2 focuses on Online Testing and Local Assessments. Use local data in DMAC to efficiently drive student growth and improve instruction. Create quality assessments aligned to STAAR standards using the TAG test item bank and collect data in TEKScore (via Online tests, OMR or Plain Paper test forms, or manual data entry). Effortlessly analyze results by customizing the options of your favorite reports under the one-click settings included with the Teacher Dashboards.
Day 3 training is all about student data. With web-based applications such as Student Portfolio, FormWorks, LPAC, and Learning Plans, users can easily create digital documentation for individual students. Teachers and Administrators will learn to quickly find students, access state and local assessment history, make adjustments to plans, and record notes or attach files and forms. All data seamlessly travels with the student as they advance from grade to grade or change campuses.
(Please note you must individually register for each day's workshops.)
