Tobacco trade
Virginia needed to expand their land for tobacco so they can sell that tobacco to make the money but the have indian allies that allows them not to expand because they own they have it so they can't expand into the indians land. Virginia has rights over their land.
Effect on the Soldiers
Virginia gave their soldiers acres of land. Virginia grew tobacco while the indians hunted. Vergina and the indians are allies. No state can expand over the indian territory.
