Why is it important to follow The Food Pyramid???
People should eat different foods from each food group to make sure that they have all the nutrients their body needs. Also, The Food Pyramid tells you how much and how often you should eat from each food group and how many servings you should eat. If you eat too much of one thing, your body won't be healthy because it needs other nutritional foods to be healthy. By eating the right foods from each of the six major food groups, The Food Pyramid will keep you healthy and in shape!!!!!!!!!
How to stay healthy!!!
Exercise
Exercise keeps you healthy and in shape. It can also help keep you fit and when you exercise, you burn calories.If you do not exercise, you will gain weight. Exercise improves your strength, flexibility, and your body. It is necessary for physical fitness and good health. Also, people who exercise have more energy throughout the day.
Eat healthy
Eating healthy helps protect you from diseases such as diabetes and cancer. Also from eating healthy, you will have a balanced and healthy diet. It will also keep you energized. If you do not eat healthy, you will have a poor diet and will gain weight and your body will not function properly. So make the right choice and eat healthy!!!!!
Stay strong
When you eat healthy and exercise, your body will be in good shape. Try your best to eat the right foods and exercise for at least an hour a day. If you follow The Food Pyramid, you will see that it keeps you on the right track and helps you in your daily life. Being fit and healthy protects your body from diseases, viruses, and other unwelcome things.
