#3daysthisweek
As we look at the short week ahead of us in Grade 6, we'll continue our focus on a few items.
- Ancient Greek Learning in World History
- Continuation of our novel study, FLUSH and Out of My Mind in ELA
- Care for Creation in Writer's Workshop
We will stay with our same strategy of checking Schoology in the morning for assignments, along with using familiar tools such as EDPUZZLE, Google Slides and the World History textbook.
#Wegotthis
Please continue to applaud your students (I've been telling them to give themselves a pat on the back!) for the amazing job they have been doing transitioning to Remote Learning. The process definitely takes patience and flexibility and it has been great to see students grow in this way. These "life strategies" will be sure to support them in their future success!
#inittogether
Last week we connected through Spirit Week! A good time to just show a bit of GRADE 6 spirit, smile and keep us a moving forward together! Our discussion boards, our Zoom Classroom check in's (and Google Hangouts and Schoology Conference) have allowed us to stay connected! Middle Level years, social growth is important and we will continue to connect!
