News Items
New Incident Reporting System - From Michael Jou (Health & Safety Coordinator)
We are happy to announce that LDSB has launched our new Online Incident Reporting System (via eBase). In the near future, a quick tutorial video will be distributed to all staff members to demonstrate the login process and reporting entry.
If you need to submit an incident report, you can access the system right now.
To launch into the system, please use the link below:
Enter the system by selecting “Login using board credentials” and then navigating to the Online Incident Reporting module. I have attached a PDF which contains instructions with pictures detailing how to go there.
Please use this online reporting system moving forward to submit any incident or injury report.
Homework
Yard Rules and School Rules
-Students must remain within sight of the yard supervisors at all times.
-Students should not go behind the baseball diamond or behind the portables.
-Students must show respect for our neighbours' property by not damaging branches on their trees, damaging fences, etc.
-If students have signed out for lunch, they must remain off school property (including the front of the school) until they have signed back in.
-Students must not have food on the yard.
-Cell phones should not be used in the washrooms, hallways, or on the school yard.
**Please wait until the 1:30 p.m. bell and the 3:30 p.m. bell to dismiss your students for lunch and end of day respectively.
**Students who need to use the phone must have a phone pass signed by a teacher.
