Meet Your Integrator + More

Heather Escobar (

My name is Heather Escobar and I am very excited to be working at Crenshaw again this year. Together we can make a difference in preparing your students for the 21st century. It is my goal is to provide you with personalized technology training opportunities and friendly customer service to make you comfortable and confident in your ability to integrate technology. I look forward to working with you this year!

General Support Days

Last year, Integrators across the county began a new procedure where teacher would sign-up for a time slots that fit within their busy schedules. These appointments were not mandatory, but encouraged as a way for us to meet your individual or small group needs. I could help you:

  • plan a technology-rich lesson
  • offer advice on a particular technology
  • troubleshoot when necessary
  • teach you something new

This trend will continue for the 2013-2014 with an even better sign-up method. This new Google sign-up will help us to more accurately track our data while also eliminating end-user error. This year, THURSDAY will be my support day for Crenshaw. Each week, I will be available in Room 500 to provide technology support. The time slots on the sign-up sheet are now listed in 15 minute increments; allowing you the option of of signing up for numerous slots to accommodate your needs.

Please click on the link below to access my support sign-up and then bookmark this page. Just like last year, I will send this link a few days before my support day as a reminder. Please enter your full email address and the topic that you would like to receive help. Thanks!

The official sign-up sheet link is listed below.

Introducing...iTECH Classes

In order to better accommodate your need for professional development, recertification points, and innovative ideas we are trying something new for the 2013-2014 school year. Introducing iTech!

iTECH is a branch of IT Learning Academy where Integrators offer school-based classes on a standard list of topics. This gives us one more avenue to help you grow while also helping to find a better fit for your schedule. For Crenshaw Elementary, the iTech classes will be held on Thursday mornings, from 8:15 - 9:00. These are not mandatory classes, but instead optional trainings. For each training that you attend, you will receive one point towards recertification. I hope you will take advantage of some of these exciting topics. I will send out reminders as future topics draw near.
