BakkesMod: Configuration And Usage Tips To Make The Most Of This Great Mod
If you're like most people, you want to be more creative. But it's not easy. You have to work at it. And that's where BakkesMod comes in. This great mod provides the tools you need to boost your creativity and get the most out of your imagination. With just a few simple tweaks to the configuration, you can unlock a wealth of possibilities for yourself and start creating some amazing things. So let's take a look at the configuration of this great mod. From here, you can fine-tune everything to your liking, but for now, I just want to give you a taste of what it offers.
First, there are three sliders that control time limits for which items are allowed to be placed in each hand at one time. The green slider controls how long an item may remain in the left hand before being required to be dropped or switched out with another item. The blue slider controls how long an item may remain in the right hand before being required to be dropped or switched out with another item. And the red slider controls how long an item may remain between either hand before being dropped on the ground; no other space is available.
Second, there is a slider that controls how many items can be held in each hand at one time. By default, this is set to 1, but you can raise it as high as 9 if you have enough hands/torso armor pieces equipped to carry those items. My personal setting for this is 4, so I have room to carry plenty of tools and weapons and still hold a gun with two hands. Third, the white checkboxes control whether or not you will drop an item on the ground when switching out an item in your left hand with one from your right.
And the blue checkboxes control whether or not you will drop an item on the ground when switching out an item in your right hand with one from your left. I keep them both checked because that's what feels most natural. Fourth, there are four sliders that control the behavior of throwing items. The first green slider controls how far you will move along the Z-axis to throw an item.
That is to say, how high or low you will aim before releasing an item, so it falls to the ground at the desired location rather than being thrown straight ahead all of its trajectories. The blue slider determines your minimum aiming height. You can't release any items that are closer than this setting to the ground, or else they'll start hitting the ground immediately after being released, no matter how high or low they're aimed. The third green slider determines how much velocity is imparted to any items thrown. For more information visit https://bakkesmod.org/
The higher this setting, the faster the items will travel and the further they'll go. The last blue slider controls whether or not you can throw an item while carrying another one in both hands. With it unchecked, you'll be required to place down your current held item before throwing another one, but with it checked, you can carry a stack of four water bottles and keep grabbing and releasing them over and over again without needing to set each one down in between throws.
