Be one of the first WRCCS Micro-credentialed schools in Wisconsin!! The WRCCS Micro-credentials Summit will be held virtually on Wednesday, April 14, as part of the ISN National Conference. This day is free and open to the public.
Charter School Teams that are interested in defending a micro-credential in April should plan on attending the pre-workshop on Tuesday, February 23, from 4-5:30PM. This workshop will help prepare you for the summit. We ask that you please register for the workshop here: https://bit.ly/20-21regi

April 14, 2021 - WRCCS School Development Day
The WRCCS School Development Day will be held virtually on Wednesday, April 14, as part of ISN's National Conference on Educational Innovation. This is a free and open to the public full day of workshop sessions, discussion and resource sharing for those starting new schools or those that are looking to innovate an existing school. Designing an Equitable Portfolio of Charter Schools
- Charter schools can be the solution to a need in a community, especially in serving educationally disadvantaged students.
- Learn how to involve community and other key stakeholders in the process of designing and implementing a successful and equitable portfolio of charter schools.
- Presenters will address creating forums for accountability conversations, measuring charter schools and aligning the authorizing and district vision to the performance frameworks.
School-Based Mental Health Services Grant Application materials now available!
The Department of Public instruction (DPI) has announced the 2021-23 Competition for the School-Based Mental Health Services Grant (SBMH).
The Department of Public Instruction's SBMH grant program, authorized under Wis. Stat. sec. 115.367 is designed to support public school districts, independent charter schools and consortium of these, in collaborating with community mental health providers to develop and implement comprehensive school-based mental health programs and practices.
