Dear Families,
To best serve students, families and educators, it is imperative that the NYS Education Department has an accurate picture of the state of digital equity for students and teachers. In Spring 2020 and Fall 2020, NYSED required public schools to provide information on at-home access for students and teachers to devices and the internet. This process will continue annually statewide to monitor progress of equity initiatives for digital resources for students and families. The Digital Equity Survey must be taken next week.
FOR K-6 PARENTS/GUARDIANS, the survey can again be taken via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. You'll receive a survey for each child that you have in the District. It will be available this Monday, Jan. 9th at 8 AM through Friday, Jan. 13th at 5 PM. It’s a quick, nine-question survey.
IF YOU HAVE A GRADE 7-12 STUDENT, they will self-report on these nine questions in their Social Studies classes during the same time frame.
