Bransom Bobcat News Letter

September 21, 2018

Yes!

That's right, we're back in business with the website and newsletter! A huge thank you to everyone for your patience and kind comments while we worked out a solution to our website issues. Also, a big shout out to the BISD Technology department for solving the programming issue and getting us up and running.

Thank you also to all of you, the parents, for the support that you have shown us already this year. We have had an amazing turnout for the events that we have held and I have had many positive conversations with so many of you. Our goal is to be a school that you can feel confident in sending your children to, knowing that we are going to love them and give them our best every single day. I look forward to getting to know and work with you all and if you ever have any concerns, questions, or just want to come by and share a cup of coffee, please do call or stop by.

Oncor Visit

A special thank you to Oncor Energy who paid a visit to the Academy of the Arts at Bransom on September 14th and demonstrated the importance of safety around power lines. The students had a blast and the Oncor representatives were absolutely awesome!

BISD P.E. Stampede

Come out to the Chisenhall Baseball Fields on Wednesday September 26th from 5:30-7:30 PM for food, games and vendors. The school with the highest percentage of students to attend will win money for their P.E. department as well as a trophy.

Watch D.O.G.S.

Wath D.O.G.S. Pizza and Info Night is coming up on October 2nd from 5:30-7:00 PM. If you're the father, Grandfather, Uncle, etc of a Bransom Bobcat, you're invited to come have pizza with your student and learn how you can volunteer for a day at Bransom. It's a lot of fun and we promise you will go home with a smile on your face.

Grandparents Day

Our PTO will be providing golf cart service from the parking lots to the school as well as a picture booth for Grandparents and students to commemorate the day. Guests must bring a drivers license and be scanned in the office in order to enter the building. The lunch schedule is modified for the day and is posted below.
