HYMAN FINE NEWS FLASH
March 18, 2023
Hyman Fine PTO Someone Special Dance Donations The PTO is looking for donations for snacks for the Someone Special Dance. Items can be turned into the office, by Thursday 3/23. Thank you!
Dear Hyman Fine Families,
Hyman Fine classrooms had many Leprechaun traps all over the school Thursday evening. Unfortunately none of the classrooms were able to catch a leprechaun. We did find some gold coins so we must be getting close to catching one of those very elusive leprechauns.
This week the 4th grade was very fortunate to have a visit from Mr. Guay Director of AHS Career and Technical Education. Mr. Guay presented all the different CTE opportunities currently available at AHS and answered many questions students had.
Thank you Mr. Guay. The students enjoyed hearing about their future opportunities.
We wrapped up the week with our Grade 2 music performance. The staff and students did an absolutely amazing job. It was so much fun to see the students performing on stage. It was also nice to have families in the building seeing their children's hard work pay off. Thank you to all of the grade 2 families that were able to join us.
As a reminder, Friday, March 24th is an Early Release Day (12:25)."Half Day, hat day" Please join us in wearing a hat! Proceeds go towards our student activities fund. Along with our very generous PTO this helps offset the cost of filed trips or presentations for students.
Families with students in Grades 3 & 4 please be on the look out for a letter regarding MCAS testing this week. Our teachers have been working on preparing students for testing.

We will begin to finalize the booking process and share this opportunity widely over the next few weeks; at this time only building nurses and Community Support Liaisons have been informed directly. In the meantime, please share the booking link below with any staff, family, or student who you come across that are in need of primary care or health insurance.

More information is forthcoming.
In addition to downloading the app, guardians will need to set up their accounts. This can be done by going to the link contained in the email sent to all guardians yesterday (and following the directions)
