Youth activities offered by Community Ed
Have you booked your student's spot for the January 17 non-school-day field trip? Non-school day field trips are available to all students in grades K-8. All-day field trips are from 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. Drop-off and pick-up is at the Mounds View High School gymnasium. Space is limited. Register today for one of the trips listed:
We will begin the day with gym games and then board the bus to the Minnesota Children's Museum in Saint Paul which features 10 new permanent exhibits and great visitor amenities. The experiences cultivate essential skills, including critical thinking, communication, creative thinking and more. The museum creates an educational environment infused with excitement and hands-on interactions, making the museum one of the top destinations in Minnesota for student visits.
Get your friends together and hit the tubing hill at Wild Mountain. Then, return to Mounds View High School for your favorite gym games until pick-up time. Students must bring their own winter coat, snow pants, hat and gloves/mittens. A completed release form is required to board the bus.
