Updates from Administration
First marking period is coming to a close and we have a lot of successes to celebrate with our students and with you as we gear up for parent teacher conferences and report cards.
School News
Halloween Day celebrations were so much fun! Thank you for all your support in making it such a fun day for all of our students!
The deadline to order Luke's Squad t-shirts has been extended to Monday, November 6th. Please complete the attached order form and submit a check for the total amount made out to Cashell Elementary School. All proceeds go directly to Luke and his family. Thank you to all in the community for your wonderful support.
The permission slip for the school-wide performance of Charlotte’s Web at Magruder High School on November 8th was sent home; however, there is a correction to be made. Unlike other field trips, Chaperones are not needed for this one due to space constraints in the high school auditorium. We apologize for any confusion this has created.
Student portrait retakes are scheduled for this Monday, November 6th. If you would like your child/children to have their portraits retaken, please let your child’s teacher know via backpack or email. To view your child's portraits, please go to www.freedpics.com, enter password COUGARS17FPQ.
The end of the first marking period is November 9th. If you have not already signed up for a parent teacher conference, for the end of the first marking period, contact your child's teacher to secure a meeting time on their schedule.
Our Thanksgiving Canned Food Drive is also underway. Please see the flyer below for how you can contribute.
