What's Been Happening in the Library?
These last two weeks, we've been very busy with our Scholastic book fair! We've also worked with teachers and students on some interesting projects. We've worked with...
- Mr. Schlobach's 8th grade Civics students on a series of lessons related to identifying misinformation ("fake news") and bias.
We've hosted a variety of classes and groups in the library, from Ms. Bergstrom's 8th grade English students and Ms. Blum/Barry's theater students, to Ms. Weidus's 8th grade Science students and Mr. Bantle's Media & Communications students.

Jennifer Polidoro
This is Jennifer Polidoro's third year as Head Librarian of Longfellow Middle School. Jennifer has an MLS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MA in Secondary English Education from the College of William & Mary. In her free time, she loves reading, traveling, cooking, and chasing her toddler around the house. Some of her favorite books include Frankenstein, The Witch of Blackbird Pond, and Noggin.
