The Countdown Begins...

Now more than ever, we need to continue finding ways to motivate our students for the final push to the end of the year. We too need to find ways of connecting content to their lives and getting feedback to continually improve our instruction.

This newsletter will focus on end-of-the-year activities and preparing for summer. How can we continue to express our passion for learning and encourage our students every day? What plans do we have for the summer for both relaxation and personal development?

Using Google Forms

One way you can collect information from students is to give a survey at the end of the year. This survey can ask about instructional strategies, classroom environment, and assessments. Google Forms will allow you to create a simple digital survey where the responses can be anonymous and the data are displayed so you can review easily.

Here is a sample from a great Math teacher and instructional coach: SAMPLE SURVEY

If you are interested in learning about using Google Forms, let me know and we can set up some time. The platform is easy to set up and I can provide some videos to help with sharing the survey.
