End of Year Chromebook & Charger Collection
We are asking students to help us by charging their chromebooks fully and turning it off completely by holding down the power button before they return it to help avoid battery problems in the fall.
DRE - Thursday, June 6th at 10 am
MRE- Friday, June 7th at 1:10 pm
JRE- 5th gr. on Wed. June 5 at 9 am & 4th gr. on Thurs. June 6th at 9 am
JHS- 6th gr. on Fri. June 7th / 7th gr. on Mon. June 10th / 8th gr. on Tues. June 11th
SHS- Tues. June 11th after exams
Damaged or unreturned chargers or damaged cases will incur a replacement fee of $25. Students who will be 4th graders and 9th graders in Fall 2019 will receive a new Chromebook. All other students will receive the same Chromebook they turned in when they return to school for the 2019-20 school year.
Students have been instructed to complete a helpdesk ticket prior to turning in their Chromebook to report any damages or problems so it can be addressed over the summer. Students who do not report Chromebook problems or damages prior to leaving for the summer will receive their Chromebook back in the fall as is.
Optional Protective Chromebook Messenger Bag Available
These high quality messenger bags with rigid, padded walls and corners made by BumpArmor retail at $44 but we are able to offer them to our students at the discounted price of $25. We are taking prepaid orders NOW through Friday, June 14.
We encourage parents to use MySchoolBucks to purchase the messenger bag so students do not have to bring checks or cash to school. If you are unable to pay online, please Click here to print an order form and send in the completed form to the front office along with cash or $25 check made payable to your child's school before June 14. The bag will be available to pick up at the same time your child picks up their chromebook in the fall for all orders placed by June 14.
Messenger Bags ordered after June 14 will be delivered in mid-September.

Chromebook Distribution for 2019-20
High School students will pick up their Chromebooks on their designated day during high school registration during the week of August 19.
Junior High students will pick up their Chromebooks during Bronco Roundup scheduled on August 20, 21, and 22. The JHS will be sending specific schedule to parents.
4th and 5th grade students will pick up their Chromebooks at their building Open House scheduled on August 28. Each building will notify parents of the exact pick up times.
3rd grade students use Chromebooks at school and do not take them home. They do not pay the insurance fee.
NEW Students in Grades 4-12 that enroll over the summer will need to attend an introductory Chromebook session with one of our educational technologists to learn the features and basics of navigating on a Chromebook as well as to receive their login information. These introductory sessions are scheduled during school hours on September 4 & 5.
