Fall 2018 Dates & Deadlines
October 28th - Last day to withdraw from a class online through UAccess
October 29th - Course withdrawals may be processed only with the approval of the student’s college Dean on a Late Change Petition now through November 16th. Students must have an extraordinary reason for approval.
Changing to/from audit requires both instructor and Dean's permission on a Change of Schedule form.
November 16th - Final deadline to submit Late Change Petitions through the student's college.

Undergraduate Research Opportunities Consortium (UROC)
Benefits include engagement in year-round research, close faculty mentoring, intensive graduate school preparation, a free GRE prep class, a $4,000 stipend, 10-units of academic credit, the opportunity to write a research article, and the chance to present research at a UA summer research conference.

Applications for the McGuire New Venture Program are now live!
Students in this yearlong, team-based program learn the principles of entrepreneurship and innovation through the hands-on process of building an innovation from early-stage idea to launch-ready venture. Find out if the McGuire Program is right for you!
Learn the principles of entrepreneurship and innovation, which will empower you to develop a new way to thinking, a new way of learning, and a new model for action. By the time you complete the McGuire NVD Program, you will be armed with the skills necessary to become a game changer in any field.
When To Apply
- Undergraduate students: Apply during your junior year to participate in the McGuire Program during your senior year.
- Master's students: Apply in the penultimate year of study to participate in the McGuire Program during your final year.
- Doctoral students: Apply during any year of study.
