Trailer Name SALE is ON
The Austin High School Band is selling student and family names to be printed on the back doors of our new trailer. The initial sale will occur: April 20th, 2017 – May 1st, 2017. The price for the first line of text is $150.00 and $100.00 for each additional line.

Band Banquet
This year's band banquet will be held Friday, May 5, 2017 at 6:30 pm. All family, friends and loved one are invited. It will be held at the Norris Conference Center. Tickets are now on sale on https://www.schoolcashonline.com/. Adults are $30.00 and students are $20.00. Deadline to order is April 27, 2017.
CLEAN your Concert Uniform!
AHS Concert Uniforms Must Be Dry-Cleaned and returned by Friday, April 21st!
If you used one of the AHS concert band uniforms, you should have taken it home for dry-cleaning. This includes jackets, pants, dresses, skirts and blouses. The item(s) should
be returned in the dry-clean plastic bag with the receipt attached and
placed inside the uniform bag.
All uniforms should be returned to the rack in the uniform room no later than April 21st.

Unpaid Band Fees
Our band currently has a deficit of $22,000 in unpaid fair-share fees.
As a member of the Austin High Marching Band you must pay or earn money through fund-raising for a fair-share fee totaling $400 (8 months at $50 per month). Please pay as soon as possible at either www.schoolcashonline.com or you can write a check to Austin High Band. If you have any questions about what you’ve paid so far you can log into CHARMS at www.charmsoffice.com School code is austinhsband and check your receipts under “finances”.
