🌟 FRIENDLY REMINDER: There is no school on Friday and Monday. 🌟
FIELD TRIP PAYMENT
On April 6, the students will have an in-house field trip from Science is Fun called Plant Power. Students will have hands-on opportunities for learning. Parents can start paying on School Cash for the field trip. The field trip costs $13 per student. You must pay through your registered account for your child(ren). If you have any questions please contact the teacher.

Yearbook Order Information:
Forms went home in Thursday Folders Jan. 26.
Yearbooks cost $15.00 (this includes tax).
Families may buy online using the link listed on the order form OR families may return their order forms with a check or cash. Returned order forms and payment can be given to the front office as they come in.
The deadline to purchase is April 21st.
📚 We encourage all students to read daily. Just 20 minutes a day makes a difference! 🙌

What We are Learning this Week
Math: Students will compare equivalent fractions.
Integrated Literacy/ Social Studies: Students will begin creating a brochure from the N.C. region's unit. They will choose one unit to research and add different information (location, climate, physical characteristics, movement of goods, etc.) about a region in North Carolina.
Integrated Literacy/ Science: Students are in the writing phase of the Plant unit and will be writing a plant narrative.
Preparing ALL students for bright and prosperous futures.
