Reflection Corner: Advent Moment of Mercy
On December 8, 2015, Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, Pope Francis opened the doors of St. Peter’s Basilica to proclaim the beginning of the Jubilee of Mercy. He is calling all Catholics to reflect on the mercy of God. Pope Francis wants us all to remember that we receive God’s mercy as a gift of grace. We thank God in our own merciful thoughts, words and actions toward others.
Prayer: Lord, as we continue our Advent Journey, help us recognize your merciful love through your grace.

Invitation to Join Penitential Prayer Service and Confession
Advent is a season of preparation for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Sacrament of Confession is one of the best ways of preparing oneself to welcome the Birth of Jesus. Our OLM kids are indeed eager to receive God’s mercy as they approach God in this beautiful Sacrament being offered to them during Advent Season. Parents who wish to join the penitential prayer service of their children and have confession are also welcome to join! Please be guided by the schedule below.
