The Misfits

The Speech

One of the most important scenes in my book is when Bobby gives his speech. It's very important because it's about what the four of them are trying to prevent from happening. They think it's time kids stop calling each others names. It's what they try telling everyone throughout the book. They finally get the word out to parents, teachers and students.

The Misfits are about four kids named Addie, Bobby, Skeezie, and Joe. They have been friends since they were little and tell everything to each other. They realize there 7th grade year is gonna be harder than they thought. They have some troubles throughout the book but some how manage through it. They get called names a lot! And with some help from adults and each other. They stop most of the problem by starting a no-name party for a election.
