Everyday Matters

Regular school attendance is strongly connected to a student learning and how a student feels about going to school. When students miss school regularly it can make them feel disconnected from their peers and what is going on in the classroom. This disconnect can lead to anxiety, which may show as stomach aches and sometimes negative behavior. We are asking you to support your student by committing to regular school attendance.

Our team is happy to support your family in any way that we can. Some of our team members who may be of assistance in supporting your family include our

Kindness Committee meets every Monday at Lunch

Kindness Committee is a club for students who are interested in getting involved at Elton Gregory. Students are welcome to attend on Mondays during their lunch. Meetings are held in the library. Kindness Committee students are responsible for many activities throughout the school year and various acts of kindness. If you have questions regarding getting your student involved in Kindness Committee feel free to reach out to Mrs. Platt our school counselor.

Study Table @ Lunch

Each Tuesday and Thursday students are welcome to bring their lunch to our school library to get a little extra help on assignments or simply have a quiet place to finish up school work. Study table is offered during both lunches.

If students get school lunch they will want to grab a pass from the front office ahead of time so they are able to exit the commons and attend Study Table.

Husky Pride School Store

Thanks to our wonderful parent volunteers we are able to offer our students the Husky Pride School store. Each Thursday morning before school from 7-7:25am students are able to purchase various school supply items. There are items that students may purchase with their earned Husky Pride tickets and other items that may be purchased with money. The Husky Pride School Store is a fundraiser for various student activities that we hold throughout the year.
