Work hard, be kind and amazing things will happen!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I felt completely spoiled this week! I have an office filled with beautiful garden flowers & and stacks & stacks of notes and cards! Everyone has been so incredibly kind. I feel so thankful to be apart of this amazing community. I can't wait to celebrate our teachers next week! See details below for what you can do to support our fun activities! I want to thank our PTA & new parent volunteers for working together to make this coming week truly special for our amazing staff.
Friendly reminder that 3rd grade through 6th grade are in the testing window for California state testing. Please be sure your student is well rested and has a breakfast before school each morning. We are all very proud of how much they have already learned this year...now it is time to show what they know!
Thank you for supporting our kids for the Panther Prowl, It is not to late to donate. You can send any donations into your child's teachers or to the office. The easiest way to donate is to go to "My School Bucks" and select donate general school donation in the drop down menu.

Enrollment 23/24 School Year
Please watch for a “FALL 2023-2024 Reservation/Registration Form” to be mailed home soon for each student currently enrolled in TK – 6 th grades. The form will not be handed out to parents and serves 2 purposes: it reserves a spot for your child next year at Patterson and also fulfills the District’s mandated annual residency verification via USPS. Please don’t mistake the letter for junk mail and toss it out!
For students who will be moving on to Middle School next year, Patterson will collect the form and proofs and communicate with the Thornton Middle School to confirm a space will be reserved for next year. By submitting the required form and Residency Proofs by February 24th, your child will be reserved a space for next year.
*The forms must be returned to the school that your student currently is attending; if you have a student overloaded to another elementary school, please return it there.
