Parent Pick-up Zones at Dismissal
Band Concert: Thursday, January 28
7-8th Grade Parent Packet Pickup – Monday, January 25th
7-8th Grade Hybrid Learning Packets will include items required each day students are on campus- attestation tickets, parent agreement, face mask, new bell schedule, and dismissal number. Packets will also include important arrival and dismissal processes, classroom items and supplies, classroom safety, and movement around the building.
- You can pick the packets up anytime on Monday from 7:30am-5:00pm and Tuesday, January 26th from 7:30-3:30.
- Call in to the office, 558-6201, when you arrive, and we can bring one out to your car.
Medications: If your student needs to take medications while at school, please plan to bring the medications during packet pick up times to check in with our nurse.
7-8th Grade Hybrid Learning Informational Webinar – Wednesday, January 27th at 6pm
In addition to the information in your Parent Packet, we will also hold an informational parent webinar on Wednesday, January 27th at 6:00pm. This will be held in a virtual format (much like our back-to-school night). You'll also receive a meeting link prior to the webinar.

7-8th Grade Hybrid Learning Starting February 1
7th/8th grade A/B/C/D cohorts – Beginning February 1st
With student and staff safety as our highest priority, we will be starting our 7th & 8th graders in A/B/C/D groups. This will allow us to ensure students are well-oriented and know school procedures. This will also allow teachers to work with smaller groups of students as they learn these new expectations and protocols. When students are not at school, they’ll have virtual access to the class and teacher. We feel it is highly important for teachers to be able to give their full attention to the students physically with them on each of these days but also important for all students to continue their learning throughout the week.
Please see below for your student’s cohort information and days they will be physically attending school:
- Feb 1 - (Mondays) - Group A – Students will the LAST name A-E
- Feb 2 - (Tuesdays) - Group B – Students with the LAST name F-K
- Feb 3 - (Wednesdays) - Virtual for all 7th/8th Grade Groups
- Feb 4 - (Thursdays) - Group C – Students with the LAST name L-P
- Feb 5 - (Fridays) - Group D – Students with the LAST name Q-Z
When students are not at school for in person learning they'll continue virtual learning and have access to the class and teacher on the class zoom calls.
