Bingham Creek Fish Hatcher Trip

The 1st and 2nd-grade classes took a field trip to the Bingham Creek Fish Hatchery. The kids could create some experiences outside the classroom walls as they learned the process of hatching salmon from collecting and fertilizing eggs, incubating, feeding, long-term rearing, and returning adults. We want to thank the hatchery and speakers for having our owls out there and the district for supporting this experience.

  • You can help support Mary M. Knight SkillsUSA students by purchasing student-designed shirts. Skills USA students are creating white T-shirts with the Mary M. Insight SD logo for $8.00. To buy or for more information, contact or see Mrs. Beste in the High School office.
