Put first things first tells us to prioritize and do the most important things first -work, then play.

Whenever we encounter conflict, we can think win-win. The people in the conflict can think of a different option that allows both people to win.
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood
It is important to listen to other people and think about their viewpoint. We want to do our best to really understand someone else's feelings and ideas by listening carefully to them before we start sharing our thoughts.
Habit 6: Synergize
Synergize means to work together. When everyone shares ideas we can be better together.
Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
Sharpen the saw is about having balance in our lives. We want to take care of ourselves in all ways as best as possible: mentally, physically, and emotionally.
