The Power of Yet...
What is the power of yet?
A simple way to start changing to a growth mindset, is by the use of a little word, yet. In essence, the word means a realization that some things are worth waiting for, and those things take work. It's not always easy, but the power of this small word allows for success.
What is a growth mindset for kids?
A growth mindset is the belief that intelligence improves through study and practice. ... Children with a growth mindset tend to see challenges as opportunities to grow because they understand that they can improve their abilities by pushing themselves. If something is hard, they understand it will push them to get better.
