Mozart's Life
Mozart lived a tough life being poor, even to his death, but he left behind music that is famous and still is played to this day. Mozart was born in Salzburg, Austria on January 27, 1756. He didn't live very long and died on December 5, 1791 at the age of only 35. Mozart was a child prodigy that created music at a very young age. Leopold, Mozart's father, realized his talent and continued to support his son in music, teaching him the violin and harpsichord and giving him lessons.

Mozart was born in Salzburg, Austria, which is what is being shown. He moved a lot because his father wanted to show everyone who he was, so he moved many places. He died as a poor man in Vienna, Austria and was buried in a paupers grave.

Mozart's Music
Mozart created joyful music and sad music. For example, he created Symphony No. 1 in E flat Major and many others. He created 41 symphonies, 19 masses,shorter pieces of music which were called motets, 27 concertos which were solos for violins, pianos, and other instruments, Many of Mozart's chamber music consisted of string quartets (two violins, a viola and a cello.)

Mozart wrote over 600 pieces of music. He created 12 Variations of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star after hearing it and made Eine Kleine Nachtmusik (A little Night Music). He created symphonies, sonatas concertos, operas, dance music, and masses. He also wrote "The Marriage of Figaro" and "The Magic Flute." Mozart's most famous symphony was Symphony No. 41 in 1788. Because it was so great and the best of them all, researchers and people decided to call it after a planet, which was Jupiter.
