Parents...We need your help!
FITNESS FRIDAY is a tradition at Erin School. Our indoor Fitness Friday (4K - 5th grade) will take place on Friday, February 22 from 1:00 – 3:15 (volunteers meet in the gym at 12:30). For those of you that have not experienced Fitness Friday, it is an afternoon filled with movement, mentoring, healthy snacks, and lots of fun fitness challenges. We have many local businesses that partner with our school for this event.
We need of A LOT of parent helpers to make this event a success. Your job would be to simply help supervise a station and encourage the students as they work on the fitness challenges. Please email me if you are able to assist. If you have questions or know of any other businesses that may want to join or support our program, please send me an email at Mueller@erinschool.org.
Come join the fun and help create another successful Fitness Friday. Thanks for your support and assistance in providing fun and beneficial activities for the students at Erin School.

Pick up/Drop Off Procedures
Drop Off - The best place to drop off students prior to 7:30 a.m. is door 6. Door 1 is unlocked at 7:15 a.m. and door 3 is unlocked at 7:30.
Any children arriving before 7:30 a.m. must come through door 6 (Multi-purpose room). This means parents should drop their children off in the back of the school using the entrance off of Hwy O which is west of the school. If students enter through door 1 (Office), prior to 7:30 a.m. an adult must accompany them.
At 7:30 a.m., door 3 (Gym) will be unlocked. All students must report to multi-purpose room if they are not with an adult.
At 7:50 a.m., door 13 (Library/Kindergarten) will be unlocked. An adult will be present to greet the students who arrive. Parents walking their child in this door should park in a designated parking stall and make sure their car is not unattended in the fire lane. This is a drop off only lane.
Pick-up -
At 3:16 p.m. door 1 (Office) and 3 (Gym) will be opened.Raising Caring Kids
Raising Caring Kids: Respecting Differences Makes Us Stronger
The ability to respect others is a skill that will help your child forever. It is important to teach children to respect and stand up for people who may seem different from themselves. Children can learn that people are more alike than different, and that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. They learn from the words they hear and what they see. You can help them learn by the way you talk about or react to what you see in the world.
