St. Mary's 2022-2023 Registration is Open!
Registration for the 2022-2023 school year is open! You should have received a letter from Sister Julie on Friday afternoon with information about registering your child for the next school year. Submitting the registration form by April 30, 2022 is critical for several reasons, most importantly to help us plan for faculty and class size for the next school year. St. Mary's has classes that are currently split or were capped at 25 this year, and your prompt attention will help me plan for next year. Current families who register after April 30 will be assessed a late fee and your child could be put on a wait list if the class enrollment is full.
To complete the re-enrollment process: (Please note that we are aware that this process is difficult to complete on a cell phone. If you do not have a computer available to use, we will have computers available at each school to complete your registration.)
- Please go to www.factsmgt.com
- Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
- After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment link.
Instructions
Review the information in your packet. Please make sure to update, correct and complete all forms. You will find the Re-Enrollment/Registration forms listed in the left menu, beginning with the Enrollee Information form.
In your online re-enrollment packet, a yellow caution sign will appear in the menu next to forms that are missing required information. If a form contains all required information, a green check mark will appear next to the form's menu item.
You can review the entire enrollment packet at any time by selecting the Enrollment Packet Review item on the left menu. From here, you will also be able to print a PDF of the enrollment packet in its current state.
After you complete the enrollment packet, a Submit Enrollment Packet and Make Payment form will appear. Please follow the instructions provided online to submit the enrollment packet along with the registration fee payment as follows:
Returning Student $50 ($100 after April 30)
New Student $50
If for some reason your child will not be returning to St. Mary's, please log into the FACTS Enrollment portal and select the Will Not Enroll option. If your child will not be returning to St. Mary's next year I ask that you contact me. Every St. Mary's student and family is important to me, and I would welcome the opportunity to visit with you. If your reason for not returning is based on financial need, please feel free to contact Marla Testerman, our admissions coordinator, regarding scholarship assistance opportunities.
Next Steps:
After your enrollment packet is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the registration has not been submitted. If you need assistance at any point, please contact us for assistance.
Financial Holds
Please note, if for some reason your tuition payments or incidental billing charges are not up to date, you will not be able to complete your re-enrollment until you have taken care of this financial obligation.
Parish Codes
If you are a registered member of St. Mary or St. Peter the Apostle parishes in Joplin or Sacred Heart parish in Webb City, you will need to obtain a new parish code from your respective parish in order for us to charge you the parish tuition rate rather than full tuition. If you do not yet have your code, you can complete your re-enrollment process and leave the space blank for this. Once you have the parish code you will need to contact Marla Testerman to provide her with this information. When we have this code from you, we will finalize your tuition charges for the new school year. Please provide parish code information by Friday, May 20 so that we may finalize tuition agreements in early June.
If you have any questions about the process, please contact Marla Testerman, who is coordinating our admissions and enrollment process, at 417-624-5003 ext. 203 or mtesterman@jacss.org. You are also welcome to contact St. Mary's school office for general questions about the enrollment process. As always, we are here to help your family in any way we are able.

1,2,3,4...I Declare a Penny War!
Monday, April 4 – Friday, April 8
Send in those coins, bills, and checks to help raise funds for
Bishop Rice’s Lenten Youth Mission of Mercy benefitting
Mother’s House
How a Penny War works:
· Each class will have a collection jar located near their classroom doorway
· Students will deposit coins in jars each morning for a specific amount of time
· Gain points by adding pennies, paper bills, and checks to your class door
· Lower other class totals by adding silver coins to other class jars
There will be 2 categories for classes: Early Learners-Kindergarten and 1st-5th grades
The class with the highest positive balance in each category wins!
In addition to the Penny War, funds raised in this week's Charity Dress Day will also benefit Bishop Rice's fundraising campaign. Thank you for your thoughtful and generous support and helping those in need in our diocese. What a beautiful legacy to model and teach our children!

Knights of Columbus Charity Fundraiser

April Showers Bring May Flowers
St. Mary's fund raiser will continue through the end of April. With every $25 dollars purchased in gift card sales through St. Mary's, Joplin Greenhouse will donate a generous percentage back to St. Mary's. Gift cards may be purchased for ANY amount in $25 dollar increments, and can be used for both Joplin Greenhouse and The Coffee Shop purchases. Gift cards will be delivered to families twice a month. Please give the school office a call if you need more information.
