  • Wash your hands before you start preparing food.

Preparing food...

  • Make sure all dishes are clean before starting.
  • Don't cross-contaminate raw meat with other foods.
  • Wash dishes well after preparing raw meat.


  • Keep warm food at the right temperature.
  • Don't keep perishable food out longer than 2 hours.
  • Use cooked leftovers within 4 days.
