Valentine's Party Information

Dear Parents,

It’s party time again! Our class will be having a Valentine’s Party Friday, February 12th from 10:30 – 11:15. Please note the following in regards to the party:

· We will decorate small sacks for the party to put our valentines in, but if you would like to bring something else, that is fine.

· Students may bring Valentine cards/candy if they wish to exchange, however, they must bring one for all students in the classroom. There is a class list on the back to help insure your child brings a Valentine for each student.

· Please remind your child that it’s encouraged to bring a Valentine for each student in our class, however, if he/she would like to bring a special gift to a friend, this needs to be delivered outside of school.

I truly appreciate all of your continued help and support, and I hope that your child enjoys the festivities of Valentine’s Day. We are looking forward to another fun party day! Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns, tfenter@lcisd.net.

A Note from the Nusre

Glasses play an inportant role in our student's success. These are helpful tips for parents and students to follow for everyday use.

*Wear your glasses everyday!!

*Clean your glasses at night so they are ready to wear every morning

*Store glasses in a hard case if you carry your glasses in your backpack

*If glasses are frequently left at home, talk with your teacher about leaving them at school

*The school is not responsible for lost or broken glasses

*If your child needs new glasses and you cannot afford them, contact your school nurse for assistance.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
